Men's Ministry Team

REPORTS TO:  Deacon of Men's Ministry

PURPOSE:  To lead in the discipleship of men at Lighthouse.

ORGANIZATION/MEMBERS/STRUCTURE: 

• Bible Study Leader
• Host (for events)
• Food Prep (Men's MEATings and Men's Breakfasts)

TERM OF SERVICE:

• Volunteers have no time limit on service

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• All Bible Study Leaders must be active members of Lighthouse
• Volunteers must have a heart for service, a willingness to serve in a Group, and availability

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

• Study Leaders lead a weekly gathering of men through a book or a book of the Bible. Study may revolve around current sermon series at times.
• Furnish a main/side dish as needed, serve the meal, and/or prepare the house or space for the event
